Welcome to Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School (RND)!
We are committed to providing incoming Grade 9 students with an optimal introduction and learning experience at RND. We are planning to host a three-day RND orientation program, A-Head Start Program: Monday, August 26th, Tuesday, August 27th and Wednesday, August 28th and we invite you to attend. This program is offered at no cost to you, and it will focus on helping you become familiar with your new school environment by engaging in team building activities.
Activities will include:
• Lock and locker distribution
• Timetable distribution
• Literacy and Numeracy blocks to serve as a refresher
• Scavenger hunts/school tour
• Orientation activities and games
• Kingston Bus Transit bus pass
This program is designed to help students settle in and meet other Grade 9 peers before they begin the academic year. Please plan to join us from 8:30 am – 2:00 pm on the above dates.
This amazing program established nearly 20 years ago has regularly 99% participation every year. Be part of the RND success and come.

Registration forms for this program were sent out but parents can also register on this website’s registration page in May.

8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. each day
Registration online is open on this site as of May 20, 2024. The link is found at the top menu bar of this page. We appreciate the online registration.
A notice will go out to all parents in early July to let them know that their child has been registered for A-Head Start. Any student who did not register on time will get a final reminder in July.
A timetable will be mailed out in August with more details of the program.
